该产品用于半导体光伏电镀行业，是一套全自动配制硫酸铜溶液的装置。它的核心功能是溶解固态的氧化铜粉并配制成溶液。要配制的溶液浓度可以在给料量中调节，0-150KG/H范围内预先设定，采用就地西门子PLC编程程序自动控制进行配制，装置主要由:真空吸料机上料至储存料仓配称重传感器，精确计量下料量，下料采用步进电机螺旋输送，溶解箱体采三箱四式溶解，熟化，储存，输送采用专用磁力泵配过滤桶输送至电镀副槽，循环使用，循环配置，设备集成组装，自动化控制，精确计量，方便快捷，稳定安全。

Horizontal-flow Copper Powder Dissolver

This unit is designed for the electroplating process in the semiconductor and photovoltaic industries, serving as a fully automatic copper sulfate solution preparation system. Its core function is to dissolve solid copper oxide powder to prepare copper sulfate solution. The target solution concentration can be adjusted by setting the feed rate within the range of 0–150 kg/h. The whole preparation process is automatically controlled via on-site Siemens PLC programming.

The system workflow: Solid powder is conveyed by a vacuum feeder into a storage hopper equipped with load cells for accurate gravimetric metering. Dosing is implemented through a stepper-motor-driven screw conveyor. The dissolution tank adopts a three-chamber four-stage design for dissolution, maturation and storage. A dedicated magnetic drive pump with filter barrel transfers the prepared solution to the electroplating auxiliary tank for cyclic reuse and continuous batching.

This skid-mounted integrated equipment features automatic control, high-precision metering, easy operation, stable performance and safe operation.
