A turnkey project for a 20,000 tons/day industrial wastewater treatment system with integrated dosing system in Shandong Province

Project Overview:

This project is located in Shandong Province. It is designed to process 20,000 tons of industrial wastewater per day. The entire set of chemical treatment process packages will be integrated and delivered by our company, making it a fully turnkey project.

The range of supply covers all main equipment of the entire dosing system, accompanying pipeline valves, instrument control cabinets, auxiliary materials and accessories. A one-stop service is provided for equipment production and supply, road transportation, on-site loading and unloading, on-site delivery, complete assembly and positioning of the equipment, single-unit debugging, linked trial operation, and comprehensive after-sales maintenance and support services.

The system includes fully automated dosing units for various chemicals such as PAM, PAC, ferrous sulfate, sodium acetate, and powdered activated carbon. It is equipped with explosion-proof control cabinets, metering pumps, screw pumps, level sensors, and large stainless steel storage tanks for chemicals. The system boasts high automation levels and stable dosing precision. After the completion of the project, the entire set of dosing equipment operated continuously and smoothly.
