南京麦文环保为本项目提供成套水处理投加及消毒系统，承担设备及配套附件供货、运输、卸货、现场指导安装、单机调试、配合竣工验收等一体化服务。供货范围涵盖：活性炭投加系统、紫外消毒系统、氢氧化钠加药系统、重金属捕捉剂加药系统、碳酸钠加药系统、硫酸加药系统、除氟剂加药系统、PAM 加药系统、次氯酸钠加药系统、乙酸钠加药系统。

整套系统集成化程度高，实现 pH 调节、除氟、重金属去除、絮凝沉淀、碳源补充、消毒、深度吸附等多重工艺需求，系统可实现自动化平稳投加，适配项目现阶段7500m³/d运行工况，同时兼容后期扩容升级需求，助力厂区污水达标排放，保障系统长期稳定运行。 

Taizhou Wastewater Treatment Plant Complete Water Treatment Equipment Project

Project Location: Taizhou, Jiangsu Province .The overall designed wastewater treatment capacity of the project is 15,000 m³/d. The implemented capacity for the current phase is 7,500 m³/d, with provisions reserved for future capacity expansion.

Nanjing Mavin Environmental Protection supplied the complete water treatment dosing and disinfection systems for this project, delivering integrated services including supply of equipment and accessories, transportation, unloading, on-site installation guidance, stand-alone commissioning, and assistance for project acceptance.

Scope of supply: Activated carbon dosing system, UV disinfection system, sodium hydroxide dosing system, heavy metal scavenger dosing system, sodium carbonate dosing system, sulfuric acid dosing system, fluoride removal agent dosing system, PAM dosing system, sodium hypochlorite dosing system and sodium acetate dosing system.

The complete systems feature a high level of integration to meet multiple process requirements such as pH adjustment, fluoride removal, heavy metal removal, flocculation and sedimentation, carbon source supplementation, disinfection and deep adsorption. The systems enable automatic and stable chemical dosing. They are designed to match the operating condition of 7,500 m³/d in the current phase and support future capacity expansion, helping the plant achieve compliant wastewater discharge and sustaining long-term stable operation of the systems.
